About and Support and Contact

This is supposed to be the "about" section of the website. I love food and fitness, and I know a lot about it. I am a personal trainer and have a bunch of cool certifications like corrective exercise specialist and certified nutrition coach. I also got a bachelors degree in studio art, which is basically lots of different types of ways to make art. I love sewing. I inherited the coolest pattern collection from my Hunny Bunny's friend's wife's co-worker's mom who was going to recycle them and I offered to take them instead and it was like a dream come true for a sewing nerd like me. Currently my oldest pattern is from 1935 it's an Excella New York Pattern Company, miss's frock (does the size own the frock or is it misses frock?). Thank you for checking out the page even this far! vegetables are my favorite food and asparagus is pretty cool. It's also a cool plant to grow.
